Palindrome Advisors and the #GlobalGood Challenge

Posted by Palindrome Advisors on October 1, 2012

What a week!

Last week we announced a huge milestone for Palindrome Advisors as we launched the Global Good Challenge in support of the United Nations Foundation. Below we want to share details about our partnership and some ways in which you can get involved.

Join the Global Good Challenge

The Global Good Challenge is the UN Foundation’s largest and most ambitious digital initiative to date. At Palindrome, one of our core missions is to support, build and promote tools that enable tomorrow's non-profit efforts at a global scale. This is our first step towards realizating that mission as we built and launched this campaign in a collaboration with Plyfe, a technology platform based out of New York.

You can join and participate here: http://unf.org/good

Right now three Challenges are live with new prizes coming every week. Prizes include tickets to the MTV Video Music Awards, tickets to a VIP UN Day Concert featuring Stevie Wonder, a meet and greet with Donald and Ivanka Trump on the "Apprentice" set, a trip to Nolcha NYC Fashion Week and lots more.

Follow our Global Good Challenge feed on twitter and Facebook to find out about prizes as they're released!

Already a pioneer in building partnerships, growing constituencies, and mobilizing resources, the UN Foundation is employing digital technology to cultivate mobile and online communities – reaching more people and empowering them to make a difference for others. The Global Good Challenge is an innovative online game (built on the Plyfe platform) designed to harness the passion and activism of millions of people around the globe.

Through an engaging online interface, the Global Good Challenge rewards people for taking action and broadcasting to their social networks on global issues ranging from malaria prevention to sustainability to women and girl empowerment.

A lively and engaging way to learn about global issues, the Global Good Challenge rewards participants with unique prizes for “donating their voice” by taking action and engaging their online networks to help address some of world’s toughest challenges.
