Considered the pioneer of experiential marketing, Michael Napoliello, Jr. co-founded the world’s largest promotions agency, Usmp (  Napoliello and Usmp specialized in major brand introductions for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  Napoliello also led the team that sold Usmp to global advertising powerhouse Omnicom Group in a largest of its kind deal.

After Usmp, Napoliello established Radar Pictures ( with legendary film producer Ted Field.  As a writer, producer, and board member, Napoliello is positioning Radar as one of Hollywood’s preeminent boutique movie studios.  Radar is known for award-winning films such as “The Last Samurai” and the $100 million grossing Ben Stiller comedy, “The Heartbreak Kid.”

Napoliello continues to advise various start-up enterprises and is an avid boxer.
