Considered the pioneer of experiential marketing, Michael Napoliello, Jr. co-founded the world’s largest promotions agency, Usmp (www.usmpagency.com).  Napoliello and Usmp specialized in major brand introductions for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  Napoliello also led the team that sold Usmp to global advertising powerhouse Omnicom Group in a largest of its kind deal.

After Usmp, Napoliello established Radar Pictures (www.radarpictures.com) with legendary film producer Ted Field.  As a writer, producer, and board member, Napoliello is positioning Radar as one of Hollywood’s preeminent boutique movie studios.  Radar is known for award-winning films such as “The Last Samurai” and the $100 million grossing Ben Stiller comedy, “The Heartbreak Kid.”

Napoliello continues to advise various start-up enterprises and is an avid boxer.
